<br />March 8, 2006 <br /> <br />Regarding: Proposed Lehman-Selway Property Development <br /> <br />Mr. Marion Pavan <br />Associate Planner <br />City of Pleasanton <br />PO Box 520 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br />RECEIVED <br />MAR 1 0 2006 <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING DEPT. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Pavan, <br /> <br />Thank you for offering your services as a representative from the City of <br />Pleasanton regarding our concerns with the Ponderosa Homes proposed <br />development of the Lehman-Selway Property. <br /> <br />We appreciate your conducting the meeting of February 23, 2006 to get input <br />about the development from those of us who will be most directly effected by the <br />potential "in-fill" project in our existing neighborhood. As you are aware from the <br />well attended meeting, our concerns about the development are: Safety, Traffic, <br />Maintaining the Quality of Life and Consistency of Design of the rural feel of the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />By highlighting the current issues about the proposed development in light of <br />historical concerns involving our neighborhood, I hope to enlighten you and the <br />representatives of our community serving on the Planning Commission and City <br />Council about the significant negative impact this proposed project will have on <br />the immediate and surrounding residents of the Mohr-Martin vicinity. <br />
