Neiahborhood History Reaardina Ponderosa Development

Unfortunately our neighborhood is currently being negatively impacted and will
continue to be impacted by Ponderosa's development on the Busch Property, a
mere two blocks away from the Lehman-Selway Property. Our streets are
congested with construction vehicles and in disrepair due to the construction
along Mohr Avenue ever since the Busch Property began being developed by
Ponderosa over a year ago. This is a significant concern
for all the residents who bike, walk and use the neighborhood streets for both
