school access and pleasure. Maintaining a rural and country feel to our
neighborhood has long been an important quality for both the Lehmans and
Selways and other residents who live in the neighborhood. Large lots relative to
house size, homes turned on an angle instead of in a straight row, rolled curves
without sidewalks were all conditions of approval from neighbors when the Bas
Homes development was proposed in the Mohr-Martin area. During the most
recent improvements to Cameron Avenue since the opening of Mohr School, the
issue about sidewalks was introduced once again by some neighbors. This design will not only add
to the traffic congestion of the area, it will additionally put two more points of
entry for cars to travel onto Cameron, together with traffic coming from the
existing streets of Courtney , Equestrian and Palmer, as well as Kamp and
Martin Avenue. Pedestrians and bike riders traveling on Cameron will have to
contend with an unnecessary increase in traffic exposure with all of the potential
