'0: City of Pleasant on Page 3 on

ust clean up if the city fails to do their job and control dust and the cleaning and restoring of property covered by dust
rrough out the project and rnake arbitration and not court the way to settle disputes. Explain in detail the processes for
Jmplaints and so on. Establish a committee to do so?
draft language and reasonable demands onto Ponderosa by neighbors as to some issues such as dust setteling and
lbsequent damages to do property owners using property say when getting out of a pool and sitting on a newly dust
Jvered custom piece of furniture
set up a committee to see how many years their personal property rnay age due to the dust fallout and subsequent use
f an item, cars, paint, roofs, underground drainage plugging up and so on. - E.I.R.
exactly how is dust fall out measured? What is acceptable? What is not? Who measures and how can property owners
rove a violation? Who's cameras are running when people are at work or not at home or are at home but not looking?
dust settling and creation while project is ongoing but created by the new neighborhoods privately contracted
Jntractors for items such as digging pools and such? How and who proves wrong doing?
path along Cameron ave needs to be winding and landscaped. The current plan shows a very mundane and frankly an
n creative way to plan the street at Cameron and the houses facing it. Some houses along Cameron are at grade lower
Ian the Cameron ave street itself so we need to see models in real life how that looks. Seems poor the way it's drawn
JW.
:estitution to near by homeowners paid up front for rodent and dust abatement
~xplore traffic circles
jirt hauling hours not in the summer when children are at home 24/7 and pools and backyards are in full swing. And
.en limit hours when school in session. -
:onsideration must be given for many neighbors who don't work and stay at home and live in their backyards and
ant yards;
nake existing neighbors along the rnartin and palmer ave and Cameron ave realize how much noise cornes from pool
lmps in the middle of the night via. the E.I.R.
'ull Environmental Impact Report rnust be done! The entire neighborhood seems to want this done and it appears the
ity and Ponderosa don't want anything to do with it. Why? This seems wrong since so rnany people care about our
:ighborhood and what happens around here. I think we insist on the Full E.I.R. This report will help even those people
ho stand to gain 10' of back yards along Palmer or other areas, to the full effects of the project and not just a gain of
eir back yards and a new neighbors rooflooming over them and pool equipment up against their fences possibly.

ne neighbor eloquently put it like this: The Lehmans and Selways are maintaining their privacy and don't carry the
rrden of the new property development. They make the profits and don't have to change their lifestyles and don't
ems to care much about the existing homeowners, especially the ones who have been around before the neighborhood
is built out by even Bass.

lat my friends is a good point: we have to suffer the pains of the traffic, school children, school bus's, people walking
~ir dogs and pets, teenager motor toys, adult toys, old cars parked on the street, too many cars on the streets,
iintenance people, living on a 4 way street corner and not a once was quiet intersection, not enough room to move,
nb packed neighborhood, rnore homes along the Trenery Ave. acrage not built out yet but held back for future usage
JU know someone is going 10 build rnore homes on the property not developed yet or where the land is large enough
r more houses-more traffic). Cameron Avenue has carried the burden of all the school children for decades. Now is
~ time to switch the burden to a new street through the Selway property or onto Trenery Ave. They stand to profit
lm it so why shouldn't they suffer a little for it like the rest of us by some infringement onto their private residences
d allow the urban sprawl touch their privacy for ever like it affects ours. It's smart ofthern to have this great
lestment however; shouldn't they be affected like the rest. The new development seems to have little or no impact
1m the enjoyrnent of the owners of the parcels so, wouldn't it seem that they should share in some of the burdens in
ler to make a buck or two?

:/2006
