PLANNING COMMISSION WORK SESSIONS/NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING <br /> <br />Neighborhood Meeting <br /> <br />On February 23rd, staff conducted a neighborhood meeting at the City's Operations Service Cen- <br />ter. Comments and concerns expressed at the neighborhood focused on vermin - mice, rats, <br />ground squirrels, gophers, etc. - proliferation when grading begins; construction noise and dust <br />impacts; traffic impacts and traffic calming measures on Kamp Drive, Cameron Avenue, and <br />Martin Avenue; and a public sidewalk connection on Cameron Avenue linking the Palmer Drive <br />neighborhoods to the public trail along the east side of Martin Avenue. <br /> <br />March 29th Planning Commission Work Session <br /> <br />The staff report and minutes of the Planning Commission work session meeting are attachcd. <br />Staff presented a previous version of the proposed project to the Planning Commission. Ms. <br />Pam Hardy, Ponderosa Homes, was present to speak in favor of the project and to answer ques- <br />tions. Homeowners speaking on the proposal included Edward Rccdy, Grcgory Kctcll, Hans <br />Wiest, Janice Cain, Joe Fitzgerald, Kelly Cousins, Mark Tucker, Matt Lawer, Nancy Krakauer, <br />Robcrt Fulton, and Terry and Debbie Leuthauscr. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission directed staff and the applicants to: <br /> <br />.
