<br />Irrigation will be required during the first three years. The system can be any type including <br />drip, spray or water trucks. The irrigation schedule for establishment is expected to be: <br />1st year: 2-4 times per month from March through October. <br />2nd year: 1-2 times per month, based on water requirements of the plants. <br />3rd year: 0-1 times per month, depending on progress of the site. <br />Irrigation will be removed at the end of the site establishment. <br /> <br />3.3 Fencing <br />Fence Type B will occur at the outer Residential <br />Lot boundaries and will consist of wire mesh <br />fence topped with barbed wire with unpainted <br />wood posts.
