1:1 STREET CHARACTER

4.1 Landscape Character
The vision for the entry street character is an extension of the preserved oak woodland
grassland that surrounds the residential lots. The street runs parallel to an existing freshwater
seasonally wet seep. The seep will be preserved and enhanced with native plantings, and will
become part of a natural spine that continues through the development, fostering the extension
of the open space landscape into the development. In addition, the front yards of the residential
lots will be planted with natives and native grasses to make this integration complete.

~:
, " - -- - " ~
,'( ~ ,.i\
..~,.. .--.,.-...,- ...t!~"""
F ._c.o :J.
. ......-<~id]~
.-~-'.~Jt:.;~~~ -
--F;:'OTHILL ROAD

,

61
"

Legend:
e==.':=)~ Bio-retention Basin
Orchard Trees
- . - Existing Seep
. . . .
