We designed and built this home, raised two sons in our two
story home and plan to stay because the court is a wonderful place. Diane Zevanove was bom and raised on 2nd
St.;She has a community consciousness and supports worthwhile change. Lou Zevanove is a scientist, engineer,
and with Diane, owns a real estate firm.
We understand the impact of this new, but similar structure, on the area. We have reviewed the plans and asked
questions at City Planning. We find the addition ,at 779 Mirador, to be conforming. The "view blocking" will be
only slightly greater than our home; but We believe the addition will provide "progression"for neighborhood values
as well as improved esthetics.
Please note that after we built our home we were surprised that all of the lots to our rear were graded about 5 feet
higher than was expected to cut and fill for Angela St.. Although our privacy was compromised, the view over
our roof was improved for the homes to our rear.
Sincerely, Lou and Diane Zevanove

6/9/2006
