Page I of I

Natalie Amos

From:
Sent: Thursday, February 16, 2006 3:55 PM

To: Natalie Amos

Subject: 779 Mirador Court

Natalie,
A friend of my wife's, Laura Zuniga of 2350 Gloria Court in Pleasanton, said she and her husband
were denied a second story addition after ONE neighbor complained the project would obstruct
their view. Could you please get the paperwork from that project. If indeed the city blocked the
remodel because of the view, that would have a bearing on our objections to the second-story
addition at 779 Mirador Court. I also want to know what our options are as far as appealing if the
zoning adminsitrator approves the project over the objections of three to four of the five adjacent
neighbors most affected by these plans. Thank you, Sincerely, Dennis Georgatos

6/9/2006
