It seems out of <br />character for the =neighborhood but it at least does not block a view or invade neighbors' <br />privacy, like the Knight's proposed plan would. <br /> <br />In this neighborhood, built in the I 960s, it is terraced. I'm sure houses on Bonita Street <br />would definitely object to a two-story the size of the Knights' going up behind them on <br />East Angela Street. It would block their view and invade their privacy. <br /> <br />We are among three neighbors living on Angela, directly behind the Knights, who would <br />be impacted should their two-story remodel be allowed to go forward. So, we ask that <br />this project, as currently configured, be rejected for the preservation of our property <br />value, privacy, the character, view and aesthetics within the neighborhood. <br />
