Page I of I

Natalie Amos

From: ~

Sent:
To:
Cc:
Subject: 779 Mirador remodel appeal

Thursday, April 20, 2006 10:43 PM
Natalie Amos

Dear Natalie,
In regards to our appeal of the remodel project at 779 Mirador Drive, I would like to request that
the city planning commissioners considering the appeal come to our house so they can see first-
hand the impact of the Knights' proposed two-story remodel on our property and that of our
neighbors. Also, I am formally requesting that the Knights re-install the story poles so the
commissioners have a true reference point with which to gauge the impact. I feel strongly that the
Knights have been uncooperative in this regard and that has contributed to what I feel has been an
underestimation of the impact on our privacy, view and property value. Anything the city can do to
encourage the Knights to comply with this request would be much appreciated and to keep the
story poles in place until after completion of the appeals process up to and including a City Council
appeal. Thank you for your time. Regards, Dennis Georgatos

6/9/2006
