Page I of I

Natalie Amos

From: Ron Imperiale<<'
Sent: Thursday, April 20, 2006 9:16 PM
To: Natalie Amos
Cc: , -
Subject: Knight appeal (PADR-1472).

-. ..

!

Natalie:

Forever the optimist I still think there is room to compromise!

I suggest that the Knights consider building and paying for a fence extension to the properties involved in this
appeal. This extension would probably appease all parties involved and expedite the building process which could
drag on and become cost prohibitive and weather restrictive.

The cost could be incorporated in the proposed addition and be nominal in the big picture of the project
(financed). It is the only thought I can think of that could possibly satisfy all parties. The Knight's could have their
cake and eat it too.
This would also retain the neighbors relationships and expedite their project.

I am open to discussion on this proposal and I would be willing to champion this thought to the other neighbors.

I am also in support of the appeal that Dennis & Barbara Georgatos have filed, and will oppose this project, until
resolution and satisfaction has been reached for the majority of the neighbors no matter how far or long we must
continue this appeal or process.

We as neighbors can and will appeal this project until a mutual resolution is reached. We have no limit or time
restrains on this project. We simply desire the consideration and understanding, and a compromise from the
Knights that will be acceptable to all concerned and a resolution that will quench our requests and desires for the
neighborhood.

Please convey these thoughts to the Knights. You may also invite the Knight's to open a dialogue with (me) us.
The other alternative is to continue the progress thru the City's required beauracy, which we all no can be
cumbersome, prolonged and inevitably expensive..

Regards;

Ron Imperiale

.

6/9/2006
