I live at 784 East Angela Street. I strongly oppose <br />the construction of a second story on this property...in fact at 1692 sq ft the extension alone is bigger than my <br />house! I bought my house because of its private back yard and beautiful views. A second story will look into my <br />yard and house, removing the privacy I enjoy and obstructing my views. It will also devalue my property.
