Page I of I

Natalie Amos

From: ~
Sent: Wednesday, February 22, 2006 1 :58 PM
To: Natalie Amos
Subject: 784 East Angela Street

Hi Natalie,
I saw the story poles today and observe the following:
The two bedroom windows tower over the fence. The architect was mistaken to say that their tops would
be about fence high.
The roof peek limits our view across the valley in that direction completely.
From our kitchen we can look through the family room window and see their bedroom windows.
We lose the privacy of our pool, spa, and backyard.

As we said before, this type of addition precedent will lead to the destruction of this unique
neighborhood. If one wants a 3000 sq ft house, one should move to where they exist...not force one into
a 1500 sq ft neighborhood to the detriment of adjacent families.

Regards
Tim & Ruth Bennett

6/9/2006
