This decision was made on June 28th, 2006 <br />and involved their vote to uphold the appeal of case PADR-1472, filed by Dennis <br />and Barbara Georgatos. We are the applicants of Case PADR-1472 and ask <br />that this decision be appealed to the City Council at the next available agenda <br />opportunity. <br /> <br />We understand that there is a legal requirement that this appeal be heard within <br />40 days of the Planning Commission's decision and that, given the City Council's <br />calendar in July and August, a review date with them may not be attainable <br />within the required 40 clays. We are therefore agreaing to wave this 40 clay <br />requirement and are willing to have this case heard on a date that would exceed <br />40 days, but not to exceed 90 clays.
