I was planning to have this all
done this past weekend but the storms and rain presented some challenges. I now have 3 of the 4 poles up and
will try to put up the last one tomorrow and will, at the same time, paint a yellow line on our roof which will indicate
the western most edge line of the proposed second story. The yellow marks on the two southern most poles,
closest to Dennis' fence, indicate the approximate location of the new transom windows. The lowest point of the
yellow mark indicates the 6 ft. window ledge (as measured from the floor of the proposed master bedroom), as
requested by Donna in her last judgment. The marks are 16 in above that 6 fl. point, but the window may not be
16 inches high, but rather somewhere between 12 inches and 16 inches, depending upon the window design and
manufacturer. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Stan

From:
Sent: Wednesday, May 03,20064:10 PM
To:.
CC:. r ...-.-..-
Subject: story poles

Stan,
Thank you for agreeing to put up the story poles. I have not heard back from any of the
commisioners on our request to have them view our property but the best estimate is that they
won't visit the site until a couple weeks prior to the June 14th hearing. So, in keeping with your
request to only keep the story poles up for three weeks to maintain their sturdiness, if you could
install them around the weekend of May 19-20, that would be good. Sincerely, Dennis Georgatos.

6/9/2006
