Another possible
date may be Tuesday, February 21 at 4:30P. I would also like to inform you that a Zoning Administrator (ZA)
hearing for this project has been scheduled for March 9 at 3:30. The ZA hearings take place at the Planning
and Communly Development Department located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue. I would like the applicant and
concerned neighbors to meet before the hearing so that comments and/or questions can be addressed in a
timely manor.

I would also like to set up a time to meet with one or both of you at your home, before the meeting and ZA
hearing, so that I can better address your concerns. Should you have any questions or comments, please do
not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Natalie Amos

Natalie E. We have strenuous objections to the second floor addition, especially if it
calls for an entire second level that extends the length of the current structure.
The property is directly behind us. A second floor addition would block our view and seriously devalue
our home at 790 E. Angela St. It would also reduce our privacy with views from a second story of
our backyard, family room and two bedrooms.
We have no objection to an expansion of their first floor but it is not fair to me and my neighbors to
approve a second story addition.
What can we do to stop this as it relates to the second story addition?
