If either party is not okay with the June 14th date, then staff will schedule the hearing for May 10th <br />or 24th, as required per the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />If the hearing is scheduled for May 10lh or 24th, it is likely that this item will not be heard until really late at <br />night (maybe 11 or 12), hence the request for the delay. If it is scheduled for June 14th it is likely that this <br />will be the first or second item on the agenda. We are leaving it up to you and the applicants to decide <br />which night is the best.
