If the project is not appealed by the Knights or a third party, there would be no <br />mediation and the project expires. A new application would need to be submitted if they [Knights] wanted <br />something different. <br /> <br />If the project is appealed then the mediation process would begin coordination. The Planning Commission <br />recommended parameters for that process and further recommended that a previous Planning Commissioner be <br />used to facilitate this process, unpaid. Staff is currently contacting members to determine if there is an interest in <br />pursuing this activity. <br /> <br />The City sends out a letter to the Appellant and Applicant stating the results of the Planning Commission hearing. <br /> <br />Thank you for participating in the Planning Process. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Natalie E.
