The TVC Board <br />of Directors authorized staff to release a letter to City of Pleasanton stating the revised proposed <br />plans would be accepted as an amendment to the Conservation Easement subject to close oj escrow <br />and receipt of the following from the Grantor: <br /> <br />1. Amendment Fee <br />2. Legal Description including metes and bounds of Parcel and New Building Envelopes <br />3. Monuments must be installed to document the boundaries of both building envelopes <br />4.
