No additional <br />residential dwelling is proposed. No displacement of existing residents, or there would <br />be displace of housing elsewhere. Therefore, this would be categorized as no-impact. <br /> <br />13. PUBLIC SERVICES <br /> <br />Environmental Setting <br /> <br />The City of Pleasant on has public services and infrastructure planned to meet the build out of the <br />General Plan, implemented by the Growth Management Plan. <br /> <br />27 <br />
