I have called the city <br />previously to ask why the median on Stoneridge outside the church's empty lot is not developed. I was told it was because it <br />needed to be done by the church. I am not certain which lot the church is planning to develop at this time, but I feel any approvals <br />for further church development should be contingent on landscaping and beautifying of the median. The entire median east of <br />Santa Rita is developed except this area. The entry to my street is immediately after this portion of the median. I feel it is time for <br />the entrance to my home to be equally as pleasing as the rest of this area. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration of my concern.
