Page 1 of I

Steve Otto

From:
Sent:
To:

Saturday, October 21, 2006 9:45 PM
Steve Otto

c~ .

Subject: St Elizabeth Seton Church - Gym Proposal

Steve,

We received a letter from our Homeowners Assn (Pleasanton Village) about the
proposal to build a gym in the St Elizabeth Seton Church parking lot.

Our house we own on the Alexander Way street is at the comer of Krause and Alexander Way,
and is quite close to this new proposed development. As owners close to this new development,
we would be concerned that there would be many cars and noise all the time at this part of the
church property. What we would be most concerned about is that the church didn't decide to
build a parking lot exit on the Bowen St side, allowing cars to always exit into the Pleasanton Village
side, which would cause excess traffic in the development.
Of the one item that could be considered, and if this proposal is approved, is that the
th,: church not make an exit on Bowen Street that would enter into the Pleasanton Village
property area. As for all the cars and noise, it would be impossible to not allow this, unless
the parking lot was built so that most of the cars were on the comer of the Stoneridge and Rheem
comer, the farthest away from the Pleasanton Village housing area.

Please bring this back to the City Planning Dept meeting on Wed, Oct 25, 2006.

Thank you very much -

Sincerely,

Clayton & Susan Woo

Property Owners at 2160 Alexander Way, Pleasanton

Check out the new AQL.
