<br />~ ' <br /> <br />stanley Boulevard substantially in accordance with plans <br />already submitted by Owners to the Public Works Department. <br />Sidewalk improvements along the east side of said roadway may <br />be deferred until development takes place along that <br />frontage. <br /> <br />(2) Owners will start construction in spring of <br />1988 and complete construction within seven calendar months <br />from the date of the improvement agreement. <br /> <br />(3) Owners will enter into the city's standard <br />form improvement agreement expeditiously upon approval by the <br />Director of Public Works and utilities of proposed street <br />plans. <br /> <br />b. Dedication of Right-of-Way <br /> <br />(1) contemporaneously wi th execution of this <br />Agreement, Owners will execute deeds granting the city <br />ownership in fee to an 8,538 square foot parcel more <br />particularly described in Exhibit A to this Agreement and a <br />34,398 square foot parcel more particularly described in <br />Exhibit B to this agreement, said parcels being portions of <br />the stanley Boulevard widening undertaken pursuant to the <br />valley Avenue Extension Agreement. <br /> <br />(2) In conjunction with execution of the <br />improvement agreement for the Bernal Avenue Extension, Owners <br />will grant to the city ownership in fee to the required <br />right-of-way for the Bernal Avenue Extension. <br /> <br />- , - <br />
