<br />2. Obliqations of city <br /> <br />a. Del Valle Parkway Reimbursement <br /> <br />The City will waive its rights to a Ninety Thousand Five <br /> <br /> <br />Hundred Fifty and 33/100 Dollars ($90,550.33) reimbursement per <br /> <br /> <br />the July 12, 1983 Agreement between Owners and City. <br /> <br />b. Amador Valley Savings Contribution <br /> <br />Upon receipt of the Fifty Thousand Dollar ($50,000.00) <br />contribution from Amador Valley Savings pursuant to the <br />September 1, 1987 agreement between the City and Amador Valley <br />Savings, city will transmit that amount to Owners forthwith. <br />Upon the occurrence of events establishing entitlement to the <br />contribution from Amador Valley Savings, the City will diligently <br />pursue payment from Amador Valley Savings. The rights of Owners <br />to this payment shall be personal to the Owners and shall not run <br />with the land. <br /> <br />c. signalization Cost <br /> <br />The city hereby waives its right to collect a Thirty <br /> <br /> <br />Thousand Dollar ($30,000.00) signalization cost for the Stanley <br /> <br /> <br />Boulevard/Valley/Bernal Avenue intersection established by <br /> <br /> <br />section 5 of the valley Avenue Extension Agreement. <br /> <br />d. Reimbursement Area <br /> <br />The City will establish a reimbursement area to require <br />that benefited properties share in the cost of the Bernal Avenue <br />Extension.
