Del Valle Bridge Widening <br /> <br />The Auf der Maur Parcel shall not be obligated to pay <br />for future widening of the Del Valle Bridge prior to the year <br />2008, unless all or part of the Auf der Maur Parcel is rezoned to <br />allow additional uses not now permitted or conditionally <br />permitted. In the event additional uses are added, the Auf der <br />Maur Parcel may be obligated to pay for the pro rata share of <br />bridge expenses attributable to the traffic generated by such <br />additional uses using the Del Valle bridge, as determined by the <br />Director of Public Works and utilities. <br /> <br />3. Valley Avenue Extension Aqreement <br /> <br />a. Cancellation <br /> <br />Except as provided in Subsection (b) herein the Valley <br />Avenue Extension Agreement is hereby canceled by mutual consent <br />of the parties and shall no longer run with land or have any <br />future force and effect whatsoever. <br /> <br />b. Retained provisions <br /> <br />(1) Stanley Boulevard Access. Owners desire <br />stanley Boulevard access for the portion of the property <br />lying easterly of the Bernal Avenue extension.
