Debt Service Funds <br /> <br />The Debt Service Funds consist of the G.O. Bond Fund and the <br />Water Revenue Bond Fund. During the year Council authorized <br />the pay off of the Water Revenue Bonds and the close of the fund. <br />The G.O.
