CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

<br />Appendix F details all adjustments to the 1989-90 CIP being
<br />recommended. In an effort to close out many old projects and
<br />funds on the books, many adjustments and technical corrections
<br />are shown. The net impact of these adjustments, however, is
<br />small. Significant adjustments being proposed are outlined
<br />below.

<br />Streets
<br />
<br />The widening of Hopyard Road between Valley and Black has been
<br />deleted as a project, since FAU funding is not available at this
<br />time. This will result in a reduction of $421,000 in street
<br />expenditures. Ending projected fund balance is $212,500.
