Sewer

Revenues and expenditures have been adjusted by a net 1.0 million
to reflect the reimbursement received from the Public
Facilities Corporation when bonds were sold to finance the Cross
Town Interceptor Project. Revenue of $168,183 from sewer user
fees is being transferred from the Sewer M & O Fund for the
annual payment on this bond issue. The East Amador Pump Station
is being deleted as a project in 1989-90, reducing expenditures
by $480,000; and the East Amador Sewer Line is now being shown as
a cash expenditure instead of being financed, increasing 1989-90
expenditures by $1.7 million. The 6/30/90 projected fund balance
was originally $4.5 million. With these adjustments, the ending
fund balance is now projected to be $3.5 million.
