They have been very helpful in <br />visualizing the two story structure you want to constnict on the lot directly above my property. After <br />conferring with my immediate neighbors Flashberger and Barraza, we feel that the two story structure <br />will have a considerable negative impact on our privacy, tranquility, views, and property values. We <br />therefore ask that you limit the home on I.ot 1 to a single story. This is also consistent with the <br />restriction placed on Beratlis and Hatsushi for lots adjoining Gray Fox Circle. <br />To proactively prepare for the pending planning commission meeting we would be more than willing <br />to meet with you and your architect and engineer to further discuss how best to mitigate our concerns. <br />Please do not hesitate to call me. <br />Regards, <br />Mark Smead <br />(925 <br />cc.
