We strongly urge the planning dept. to limit this developer
to single story homes on the lot that will back to Gray Fox Circle.
Currently, there is a one story home on the above property which affords all of us privacy and a
feeling of tranquility. Our neighborhood has enjoyed beautifiil views for many years and do not
want to have two story homes looking in to our homes, yards and detracting from our beautiful hills.
I'm assuming the existing one story home will he torn down in order to accommodate the new
homes?
I believe several of our neighbors were successful in having such stipulations placed on the newly
developed lots on the Beratlis property which back to the homes on Gray Fox Circle as well. We
would like this restriction placed on any of the lots that will overlook the homes and yards on lower
Gray Fox Circle as well.
As local Realtors here in Pleasanton we truly believe the owners have a right to develop their
property for profit and we don't want to hinder that process. However, we also believe that we need
to preserve the tranquility and openness for the entire neighborhood.
Please feel to contact us at our offtce on Monday 92~
Most sincerely,
Dave and Sue Flashberger
10/9/2006
Subject: PUD-56 Michael Aminian/Mohsen Sari-Objection to two story construction
