.,. ~,
he has confidence that the developer would do a fine job. Still maintains he would
like to nee some larger lots interspersed with the smaller ones.
Commissioner Arnold feels that as far as the multiple are concerned, this will be a
matter of the Design Review Board to approve or deny, feels that the multiple, however,
does fit in with the development.
Commissioner Garrigan liked the concept. He feels that changes are ,needed and that
thin is a step in the right direction. The multiple is acceptable to him, that it
does not present any aesthetic problems.
Commissioner Antonini stated that the developer, in cutting down the density, also
cut down the multiple and cut out the commercial. In its place, he has added trailer
and boat space and increased the aideyards of the single-family dwellings to 15 and
17 ft. Feels the Commission should be very strict on the concept for the multiple
but that he endorsed the development.
Chairman Plato basically agreed with the rest of the Commissioners. Is impressed
with the architecture but would like to get lees than 100 units in the multiple area.
Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried;
the following resolution was offered.
RESOLUTION N0. 859
A resolution of the Planning Commission of the
City of Pleasanton, recommending to the City
Council the modification of Zone Change #69-4,
filed by Fred Falender,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton,
has considered Zone Amendment Petition X69-4,
filed by Fred Falender, to amend Sec. 4.102,
Zoning Ordinance No. 520, to change the zone
district designation from A (Agricultural) District
to a P.U.D.
