Tree Appraisals, Sunol Blvd. <br />May 4, 2007 <br />Other than the native oaks, I gave the trees a low location rating as I felt they have <br />randomly grown up with no particular aesthetic or functional value, and their long term <br />benefits would provide very little contribution to the property and nearby public.
