20.24.080 <br />20.24.080 Section 1109.7 Amended <br />-Sparks From Chim- <br />neys; Exception: <br />Section 1109.7 (Exception) of the <br />Uniform Fire Code is amended to read <br />as follows: <br />Exception: Chimneys which are <br />located more than 200 feet from any <br />mountainous, brush-covered or <br />forest-covered land or land covered <br />with combustible material and are <br />not attached to a structure having <br />less than a Class A roof covering, as <br />set forth in the Uniform Building <br />Code. <br />(Ord. 1669 § 6, 1995) <br />20.24.090 Section 7802.3 Amended - <br />Prohibition Of Fire- <br />works; Exception: <br />Section 7802.3 of the Uniform Fire <br />Code is amended to read as follows: <br />Prohibition. Except as herein pro- <br />vided, it shall be unlawful for any <br />person, corporation or entity to pos- <br />sess, store, offer for sale, expose for <br />sale, sell at retail or use or explode <br />any fireworks. <br />Exception: The use of fireworks <br />for display is allowed as set forth in <br />section 7802.4. <br />(Ord. 1669 § 6, 1995) <br />20.24.100 Section 7802.2 Amended - <br />Seizure Of Fireworks: <br />Section 7802.2 of the Uniform Fire <br />Code is amended to read as follows: <br />Seizure of Fireworks.
