There is adopted by reference that <br />certain code known as the Uniform <br />Building Security Code, more particu- <br />larly described in this Section, except <br />such portions as are amended, modified <br />or deleted in this Chapter, and the same <br />is adopted and incorporated as fully as <br />if set out at length in this Chapter. <br />B. The code is the Uniform Building <br />Security Code, 1997 Edition, prepared <br />by the International Conference of <br />Building Officials, three (3) copies of <br />which are on file with the City Clerk <br />for use by the public.
