20.44.090 <br />K. Plans for street or utility line <br />extensions when required shall be pre- <br />pared by a registered civil engineer; <br />L. Storm drainage calculations will <br />be required by the City Engineer. (Prior <br />Code § 2-13.11) <br />20.44.100 Exceptions To Site Plan <br />Requirements: <br />A. The requirements for site plan <br />may be partially met by reference to <br />subdivision improvement plans for <br />lots shown on filed subdivision maps <br />recorded on or after January 1, 1970, <br />insofar as showing detailed information <br />of existing public improvements. <br />B. The requirements for site plan <br />may be wholly or partially waived or <br />modified by the City Engineer for small <br />and unimportant work such as minor <br />accessory buildings or alterations or <br />conversions that do not change the size <br />or use of the building or structure. <br />(Prior Code § 2-13.12) <br />732_ 1 (Pleasanton April 2000) <br />
