The subject property is located at 1400 Hearst Drive, near the pre- <br />sent terminus of Hearst Drive on the southerly sides of the Vintage Hills <br />and the Grey Eagle Estates developments, and is zoned PUD - RDR/OS <br />(Planned Unit Development -Rural Density Residential/Open Space) Dis- <br />trict. <br />GENERAL <br />PLAN: Rural Density Residential (1 du/5 ac) - 489 acres, Public Health and Safety <br />- 73 acres, and Urban Growth Boundary Line. <br />ZONING: PUD - RDR/OS (Planned Unit Development -Rural Density Residen- <br />tial/Open Space) District. <br />LOCATION: The subject property is located at 1400 Hearst Drive, near the present ter- <br />minus of Hearst Drive on the southerly sides of the Vintage Hills and the <br />Grey Eagle Estates developments. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
