She believed Zone 7 was considering
placing a matter on the ballot regarding use of the groundwater basin. If it does not do that, can
the ratepayers put an initiative on the ballot? Would such initiative be County-wide? What
benefit would there be for the Pleasanton residents and how could that address concerns
regarding servicing of the Dougherty Valley area.

Firearm sales

Ms. Mohr asked when the gun issues would come back before Council? He still wants more information before enacting any
regulations.

Ms. Dennis referred to a University of Chicago study about this issue and suggested that
staff review it and relate how it would apply to Pleasanton.

After further discussion, it was determined that this was not a priority at this time and
more information is necessary.

C0ndU¢t Of City Council Meeting

Ms. Mohr, in response to the newspaper article and the Mayor's comments about
controlling the meeting, she suggest that Roberts Rules of Order be followed more closely.

MOllCr Ranch Development

Ms. Michelotti indicated she had received calls regarding the building and grading at the
Moller property. She wanted to make sure that the roof of any structure does not break the
ridge view.
