225

Mayor Tarvet asked if there was a PUD on Phase II of this
Project.

Mr. Swift explained that the development plan is still in
place and has not been repealed. The growth management approval
has lapsed.

Mayor Tarver pointed out that he was initially concerned with
the upper part of Phase II.

Mr. Swift indicated that the six lots are clustered on Equus
Court and are the lowest ones.

Mayor Tarver then asked if this Council would be able to
comment on the Phase II redesign.

Mr. Swift stated that Council would have that opportunity if
the applicant asked for a modification to the PUD.

It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr,
approving the extension of the Subdivision Agreement for Tract
6275, Equus Heights, Phase I, Equitrol, Inc.

The roll call vote was as follows:
AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Scribner and Mayor Tarver
NOES: Councilmember Pico
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None

13. REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY

There were none.

14. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR

Ms. Acosta presented the City Council Calendar for the
information of the Councilmembers.

Ms. Mohr asked if the City employees' Christmas dinner was
going to be held because it was not on the Calendar.

Ms. Acosta said that she was not sure because the minimum
needed is 100 employees and currently only 80 had signed up.

Ms. Scribner asked if there was a reason that not all of the
meetings were listed on the Calendar.

Ms. Acosta stated no and that staff is working on listing all
meetings in the future.

12/1/92 23
