Ms. Acosta indicated a report will be brought <br />back. <br /> <br />Item 8h <br />Aqenda Amendments <br /> <br /> Council then discussed the amount of material presented after <br />Thursday, when the agenda packet is delivered, or received the <br />night of the Council meeting. A request was made to limit last <br />minute inclusions. <br /> <br />9. CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br />10. MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />Item 10a <br />Amend Municipal Code - Design Review Board <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, that <br />Ordinance No. 1520 be adopted, approving the amendments of various <br />sections of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, all regarding the <br />composition, duties and scope of review of the Design Review Board. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Scribner <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />10-15-91 25 <br /> <br /> <br />
