It was moved by Mayor Tarver, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to consider at the <br />next meeting placing the Happy Valley and the Vineyard Corridor Specific Plans on <br />the March 2000 ballot. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala had no problem discussing things, but did have a problem with the <br />school aspect for the Vineyard Corridor. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmember Ayala and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: Councilmembers Dennis and Michelotti <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Pico <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />8.
