(IR 03:031) <br /> No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />Adopted Resolution No. 03-097, approving an Application for Grant Funds from <br />the Per Capita Grant Program under the California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe <br />Neighborhood Parks, and Costal Protection Act of 2002; and approved Resolution <br />No. 03-098 approving an Application for Grant Funds from the Roberti-Z'Berg- <br />Harris Block Grant Program under the California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe <br />Neighborhood Parks, and Costal Protection Act of 2002.
