MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky requested modifying the Second Unit Ordinance for the downtown <br />area to be consistent ~vith the downtown guidelines. <br /> <br /> Council directed staff to place this matter on the new Council's priority review list <br />for its consideration in establishing its priorities. <br /> <br /> Ms. Hosterman questioned the feasibility of an economic impact analysis <br />regarding store expansions and the impacts on other businesses in Pleasanton. She <br />indicated that she would conduct further research and share it with Council. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala indicated that she would share this information with the Economic <br />Vitality Committee at its next meeting. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />The Closed Session was held prior to the meeting. <br /> <br />9.
