Box 520 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Subject: Proposed Scope of Work: Public Services and Facilities <br />Tmpact Analysis, West Pleasanton Extended Planning <br />.Area; .:672 <br />Dear Chandler: <br />This letter sets forth a proposed scope of work to conduct a <br />study of the public services and facilities impacts of the pro- <br />posed West Pleasanton Annexation Feasibility Study. :The <br />proposal also describes the tasks EPS will undertake to assist <br />in the preparation of applications-tor Sphere of Influence <br />amendments and annexation/deannexation of the study area, <br />should the City decide to proceed in that direction. <br />BACKGROIIND AND SCOPE OF STt7DY <br />The Amador Land and Cattle Limited Partnership (ALAC) is <br />proposing a development on about 4,3.00 acres in the ridgelands <br />west of the City of Pleasanton. The developer has retained <br />EDAW, a San Francisco-based planning firm, to conduct a General <br />Plan Amendment/Specific Plan study `of a 10,000-acre area 'which <br />includes the. proposed project and surrounding lands.
