Some of the information will be <br />drawn from the work completed by EDAW as part of ,the ¢: <br />GFA/Specific Plan process. The document will. include a des- <br />cription cf land uses in the area;_the public ser- <br />vices/facilities plan; the terms and conditions of 'the proposed <br />reorganization (e.g. existing service delivery and proposed <br />changes); the Master Tax'Sharinq Agreement (negotiated in Task <br />10.1); and CEQA findings. Processing will involve a series of <br />public hearings and presentations before the LAFCO board. <br />BQDGgT <br />Charges for EPS'ataff•time are based on he actual amount of <br />time spent, billed. at standard hourly rates. Billing rates <br />(1989) are $85 far principals, $65 for senior associates, $45 <br />for research assistants and $20 for support staff. Expenses, <br />such as for travel, delivery and reproduction, are invoiced to <br />you at their cost to us.
