AMADOR VALLEY JOINT UNION HIGH SCHOOL RECREATION FACILITIES

SECTION 8. YEARLY REVIEW OF AGREEMENT At least sixty days prior to June 1 of each year the Superintendent of Schools and the City Manager, or their representatives, shall review the operation of the combined recreation service under this Agreement, discuss changes which may be necessary for the improvement of the service, adjust any differences which may have developed, and submit a report with recom- mendations for necessary changes to the District Board of Trustees and the City Council. SECTION 9. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT This agreement may be terminated by either party hereto upon forty -five (45) days written notice to the other prior to the effective date of such termination. IN WITNESS THEREOF, City has hereunto set its corporate name and seal by its officers duly authorized and District has hereunto set its name by its officers thereunto duly authorized, the day and year first above written.
