Agreement") among San Francisco Bay <br />Area Rapid Transit District ("BART"), Alameda County Surplus Property Authority, the City of <br />Dublin and the City. of Pleasanton. All capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein <br />have the respective meanings specified in the Funding Agreement. <br />This Funding Notice constitutes a request for a Funding as set out below: <br />The requested Funding Date is , 200_. <br />2. The amount of the requested funding from each Funding Party is equal to 'h of <br />such Funding Party's respective total Commitment, which are the following amounts: (a) <br />Alameda County Surplus property Authority--$2,250,000; (b) City of Dublin--$1,250,000; and <br />(c) City ofPleasanton--$500,000. <br />3.
