All capitalized terms used and not <br />otherwise defined herein have the. respective meanings specified in the Funding Agreement. <br />BART shall disburse Principal. from the Account as set out below: <br />1. The amount of Principal to be disbursed from the Account is $ <br />("Disbursement Amount"), which amount has been determined pursuant to the calculation <br />attached hereto. <br />2.
