As long as the <br />meter for water service for the landscaping is located on Parcel 1, <br />the manager shall further be responsible for the acquisition and <br />maintenance of the water service necessary to properly irrigate the <br />landscaping. All costs of such water service shall be borne 63.19 <br />percent by the owner of Parcel 1 and 36.81 percent of the owner of <br />Parcel 2. The manager shall provide to the owner of Parcel 2 a <br />copy of each bill for water service, and the owner of Parcel 2 <br />shall, within ten (10) days of receipt thereof, pay to manager such <br />owner's pro rata share of such water bill, based on the foregoing <br />percentages. <br />(4) STORM DRAINAGE. Bundolo further reserves the right to <br />establish the owner of Parcel 1 as the manager with respect to the <br />storm drainage systems located on both Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, with <br />the following rights and responsibilities. Such manager shall be <br />the contact person for the benefit of the City of Pleasanton, <br />California, as well as such other persons as may from time to time. <br />be appropriate with respect to any maintenance, repair, <br />replacement, alterations or modifications made or proposed to be <br />made to the storm. drainage system servicing either or both Parcel <br />1 and Parcel 2. In the event any modification, alteration, or <br />other work is proposed to be performed by the City of Pleasanton or <br />other governmental agency with respect to the storm drainage <br />system, the manager shall, upon receipt of notice therefore, <br />provide such notice to the owner. of Parcel 2.
