,~ <br />CIT`~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 83-08 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGP~EEMENT WITH THE STATE <br />OF CALIFORNIA (CALTRANS) RE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />OVERCROSSING AT WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section l: The City Council approves the agreement between <br />the City of Pleasanton and the State o.f California <br />(Caltrans) for construction of a Vehicular-Bicycle- w <br />Pedestrian overcrossing structure and approach <br />roadway on State Highway Route 680 at West Las Positas <br />Boulevard (~Zodification No. 1}, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br />described agreement. <br />Section 3: .This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS PESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 11, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, '.Mohr and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br />ABSTAIN : None /` <br />ATTEST : ~~~~ ~~/~_~~~~ _~_~~/_- <br />ROBERT`-E.
